Coordinator Commercial Excellence & Operations Benelux

PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
The Coordinator Commercial Excellence & Operations Benelux is supporting AMO Benelux on executing and optimization of the commercial and customer facing strategy by continuously analyzing performance versus strategy, targets and ensuring tactical implementation. She/he supports the execution of operational processes regarding compliance, quality and complains.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive commercial excellence through CRM (Salesforce.com) execution
- CRM Administrator for Benelux
- Analyses of CRM data (number of visits, segmentation, targeting, profitability, etc.)
- Analysis of efficacy on account level
- Prepare reports and presentations
Data analysis and reporting for business optimization
- Analyze customer data
- Analyze competitor and market information
- KPI reporting
- Support the implementation of incentive plans for the Benelux team
- Incentive calculation, reporting and initiation of approvals and payout
- Analyses of actuals vs annual and quarterly financial targets
- Business Objects reporting
Sales Planning and forecasting
- Admin for Sales Planning tools
- APO forecast
- Operating the SAP system for the Surgical division; pricing and new customer set up
- Coordinate with OVD Wholesalers pricing, agreements and retrieval of in market sales
Local Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance trainings for the Benelux team
- Handling of sponsoring requests
- Member of Affiliate Compliance Committee
Standard Operating Procedures
- Create and maintain S&OP’s for activities within AMO NL
- Implement Abbott S&OP’s
Quality and Complaints Handling
- Complaints handling in catsweb and SAP
- Collect items that are subject to complaints
- Escalate OR incidents and complaints
- Investigate and keep track of new rules in Medical Devices
Other activities
- Back-up for Sales Assistant
Education/Experience:
- MBO/HBO commercial/economic/administrative
- Good verbal and written communication in Dutch and English fluently
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel knowledge
