The department:
Within the marketing department the focus lies on raising brand awareness, create equity, and build brand recognition and reputation through clear and consistent internal and external messaging. We support our commercial departments with identifying market demand for our products and services through market research. We support seizing those opportunities through the development and execution of marketing plans in line with our brand values and story in a culture of discipline that balances trust and empowerment with predefined roles and responsibilities.

What is the role about?
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment to drive the product marketing strategies and activities necessary for growing market share, and market awareness for LeaseWeb product portfolio. Together with product managers you will draft and deploy craft the messaging and positioning for the different products; Bare metal, Cloud and CDN. You'll actively participate in innovating marketing programs that drive demand.
You communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process of your products. You level competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning and plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. As a subject matter expert, thought leader and evangelist for the LeaseWeb product portfolio to create awareness and preference for LeaseWeb products and solutions be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition.

Who are you?
Do you have an attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits? • 5+ years of software product marketing experience role in high-growth companies, with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role
• Experience with monetization planning and strategy for Infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
• Proven leadership traits supported by strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing & product management organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks
• Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics
• Demonstrate upstanding character, leadership, consistent execution and commitment to customer satisfaction
