Leading candy brands such as Mars®, Snickers®, Twix® and Celebrations® are currently looking for a Finance Analyst. Being a functional expert in the Financial Reporting system (FPPS/Helios), you will support the decision-making process in Mars Chocolate Europe & Eurasia (MCEE) Supply Finance. This includes preparing all reports within the agreed corporate timelines of Period Close and Planing. Over 18-month horizons, you will coordinate with Central Commercial Finance the Risks and Ops model on prime evolution and provide modelling for conversion costs, Overheads, Stocks development and Investments needed for S&OP input. Furthermore, you will be responsible for co-piloting all supply overheads, i.e. Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering and Logistics ($80M) and control/consolidate all non-supply overheads impacting the Factory P&L ($150M).

This role would be ideally suited to an outstanding Finance Analyst with the ability to oversee the complex MCEE supply network, which consists of 9 Factories , Veghel Logistic Hub, External Factories, and several currencies. The successful candidate will be a perfect fit in a high-performing team, leveraging end-to-end supply-chain finance skills and advising senior stakeholders. You have strong analytical skills, excellent communication (Dutch and English) and interpersonal skills and are able to challenge and influence people at all levels. You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or similar and two years of experience in Finance. Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems such as SAP would be an advantage. This is a full-time position.
